Managed entirely by Firebase Authentication. Supported sign-in methods are email/password and Google Sign-In. We do not store passwords directly.

For free-tier rate limiting, we store the date of your last document generation and image generation. This data is used only to enforce free-tier limits and is never sold or shared.
AI document generation Gemini API
When you tap Generate, your business context (name, mission, brand colours, logo URL, target audience) and your document prompt are sent to Google's Gemini API or Imagen API over HTTPS.
This is the only time your data is transmitted to a third party for processing. We do not retain prompts or context data on third-party servers after the API call completes. Google's own data handling is governed by the Google Gemini API Terms of Service.
PDF rendering PDF Engine
Structural documents are rendered to PDF by a remote Playwright microservice operated by Empyreal Works. The generated HTML is sent to this service over HTTPS for conversion. No HTML content is stored by the PDF engine beyond the duration of a single request.
Everything else
Your data is used solely to provide the BizDocx service — personalising generated documents, syncing portfolios across devices, and enforcing tier limits. We do not use your data to train AI models, display ads, or share with any third party for marketing purposes.

No analytics platforms, advertising SDKs, crash-reporting tools, or other third-party tracking services are used.
No security measure is perfect. We encourage you to use a strong sign-in method and to delete sensitive documents you no longer need.
BizDocx is intended for use by business owners and entrepreneurs. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us at hello@empyrealworks.com and we will delete the account promptly.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and publish the revised version at the same URL. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
