🗂️ Signed-in users can delete their account and all associated cloud data directly from within the app. Requests are processed immediately — deletion is instant and irreversible.
📱 Local cache (PDFs and images stored on your device) is not affected by account deletion. To remove local data, clear app data from your device settings or uninstall the app.
Follow these steps inside the BizDocx app. You do not need to contact us separately — the in-app flow is the official deletion channel.
Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of the home screen.
Make sure you are signed in. Your account section is near the bottom of the settings list.
A confirmation dialog will appear explaining exactly what will be deleted.
Tap Delete Everything. You will be signed out immediately and all cloud data will be removed.
Can't access the app? Email us at hello@empyrealworks.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your account email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once confirmed, your portfolios, documents, and account cannot be recovered.

Locally cached documents stored on your device are not deleted automatically. To remove them, clear the app's storage from your device settings or uninstall BizDocx.
You can delete individual documents without deleting your entire account. Long-press any document tile on the Portfolio screen to reveal the delete button, then confirm deletion. This removes the document from Firestore and, for logo and icon assets, from Firebase Storage.
When you delete your account via the in-app flow, deletion happens immediately — Firestore documents, Storage files, and your Firebase Auth account are all removed in a single operation. You are signed out instantly.
For deletion requests submitted via email, we process them within 30 days, in line with Google Play's data deletion policy and GDPR Article 17 requirements.
If you have a pending email request and change your mind, contact us at hello@empyrealworks.com before your request is processed.
